i liked how it went after the cymbals started playin in the beginning, 26 seconds in, like gets ya pumped up. smooth melodies and great drums although maybe a bit too many bass kicks throughout i think.

awesome flow. love the progression. favorite part is where it starts at 3:40. the only thing i don't like is the snare sounds weird sometimes, like it has some kind of clap thing with it. but outstanding beat, reminds me of a mix between fat jon and j dilla.

first of all, thanks a bunch!
usually when I make tunes I tend to figure out new bits that don't really have a lot to do with the rest of the song. That part from 3:40 is such a lil bit which I just decided to put in there.
This song is by no means finished actually, I just haven't really used my time for doing some more stuff with the tune (i have some ideas for it)
first of all i'll do some better scratches, i'm pretty lazy when it comes to sketching up lots of fake scratches in FL Studio's own wavetraveller
also i'll change up the drums some more, get rid of the claps now and then
I don't really get you tho about the snare sounding weird (it does have a clap with it!)
fat jon and dilla are two of my alltime faves, so reminding others of a mix between them is nice to hear :)
